The developers are proposing a mixed-use project, which will include residential use from floors two through nine with 4,165 square-feet of retail space at grade, accessible from Yonge Street. 60 vehicle spaces will be provided in an underground parking garage, accessible from Hillsdale Avenue, on the site’s northwest portion.

The building – which will take the place of six commercial structures that occupy the lot – will contain a mix of 49 one-bedroom and 31 two-bedroom suites. The proposal for UOVO Boutique Condominiums also calls for 1,625 square-feet of indoor amenity space on the building’s tenth floor, connected to over 1,700 square-feet of outdoor amenity space in the form of a rooftop terrace.
