Untitled Toronto Condos is a new condominium development by Reserve Properties and Westdale Properties in Midtown Toronto. This pre-construction condo is located at 110 Broadway Ave near Yonge and Eglinton intersection. This project has an occupancy date of 2023.

This is a two towered project with a shared podium that connects the pair of buildings. The south tower will be 33-storeys high while the north tower will be 21-storeys. There will be a total of 751 residential units in the development ranging from studio and one to three bedrooms. This project will be taking the place of three apartment buildings, so replacement rental units have been allocated to the third tower.
