Oct 24 GTA Market Watch

TRREB has released the October Market Watch Report, noting that buyers have returned to the market due to lower borrowing costs and relatively stable home prices.

According to TRREB, GTA REALTORS® reported 6,658 home sales through the MLS System in Oct 2024 – up 44.4% compared to last year.

New listings entered into the MLS System amounted to 15,328 – up by 4.3% yoy. The average selling price was up by 1.1% compared to Oct 2023 to $1,135,215.
