  • Excellent command of Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) & English language

  • Ability to type 50+ WPM

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop (asset, not a must-have)

  • Social Networking

  • Basic knowledge of HTML an asset

  • Real Estate admin experience an asset.


  • Answering phones and emails

  • Handling all kinds of appointments through real estate specific software

  • Copying, scanning, faxing documents both for internal and external use

  • Creating and sharing daily and monthly reports for staff and agents

  • Collecting and synthesizing industry data

  • Maintaining agent mailing lists and preparing monthly newsletter campaigns

  • Communicating with and troubleshooting technical solutions the office and our agents use

  • Coordinating agents coming to and leaving the office

  • Scheduling part time staff

  • Excellent command of Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) & English language

  • Office coordination, ad-hoc social media duties as required

  • Research projects and one-off tasks as requested

  • And other adhoc requests to help ensure the office runs smoothly
